DIARIES OF MORENIKEJI

morenikeji was in a lot of pain, she had been feeling this pain and peperish feeling in her body for like a year now, though it comes and goes......she was sure it was nothing. she tried to get up from bed and had her bath,today she had to meet up with a client and close a really big  bussiness deal,she smiled to herself...her boss mr kola dosumu would be very proud of her .
She walked into coperate society limited, a big multinational company in lagos state. She served with them during her youth service and was lucky to be retained.......she sighted her longtime and childhood friend Bola and waved to her.....humm ore mi exclaimed morenikeji exclaimed bola, you are looking exceptionally beautiful this am, what the secret???? NA GODWIN oooo ma dear bola morenike replied as the two ladies giggled
Just then Mr kola Dosumu came out of his office and signaled morenikeji to come , Mr kola was the MD  of coperate society limited, he was a well built man, handsome and tall....
the typical tall, dark and handsome guy all ladies would drool over
many ladies would die for him over a  thousand times,but he kept his distance from women was so focused with his work an wasnt married.......everyone kept wondering why tho
and bola always wished the guy would just wink at her......and was always dissappointed anytime she wears her short mini skirts, morenikeji always made jest of her whenever that happens she let out a small smile....remembering her naughty friend
Miss morenikeji Bankole the deep well toned voice of kola dosumu filled the air......she always loved heraing that voice she thought,,,,,,,,,hows the prepartion for closing the deal with Ivory Nigerian limited, you know this deal is reallimportant to this company. Mr kola morenikeji repliedi am really ready for this deal and i have made serious preparartions for the presentation
mr bankole smiled he had always liked morenikeji, she had a really confident spirit and she was a very pretty girl too......i wish you goodluck miss bankole
   morenikeji left the office the metting with ivory nigerian limited was by 2pm, but she left by 11 am to beat the lagos traffic, she arrived an hour early and she was greeted by mrs flora Nwoke the managing director.....the meeting would soon progress miss bankole,morenikeji was given some light refreshments while she waited but she justcouldnt drink the cold fanta.....and the pain it seemed to increase the more......mrs flora shaw called out to her miss bankole please this way to the board room the meetings about to start
she got up from her chair she hust had to impress this peopl......it meant a lot to her
she was already half way at the presentation when she noticed she was feeling light headed, she continued despite that.......bt the pains hse just couldnt bear it....it was too much and suddenly.......she falls down.....and blacks out

PAINS OF AN UNEMPLOYED GRADUATE

I wake up today again, this time hopeful that it would be better than yesterday,.....its been 3 years since I graduated from the university, hummm I say with a sigh...maybe today would be my lucky day....i quickly run into the shower....have my bath, dress fully suited up, put my Cvs and credentials into 7 different envelops....I say I quick prayer and dash out.....I come back home at  night with all my hopes dashed and shattered....Mama asks how my day went, but I am too weak, tired and frustrated to even answer her....God when will the frustration end I say to myself.............

This is the condition of many youths in my country, yearly thousands graduate from the different universities across Nigeria with high hopes of getting a job,and this is the situation they face every day....

In Nigeria more than 50 percent of our youths are unemployed....Youth’s unemployment has maligned our families and debased our educational system. Parents are frustrated and traumatised at seeing their sons and daughters turn into crimes and prostitution because of unemployment. The younger ones are discouraged from being serious with their studies because their seniors who have been to school are jobless and frustrated

 

I think the youthful population could be an advantage to our economy if well harnessed.....the right atmosphere should be created so that they can thrive as entrepreneurs thereby contributing to the development and growth of our country Nigeria

LOVE TRAP

love   is a beautiful word that men and women share with each other.......but the big question is........ do people really know the meaning of this word?.........now love is an affection for someone or something or  it is a single attribute of God, often times as humans we find ourselves in love with someone and it seems like you cannot be without the person, despite  the  fact you know deep down that the person is wrong for you, then watch it!!!!!!!......sounds like you are in a love trap!!!!!!.

                   Now a trap is like an entanglement you cannot come out from except an higher hand comes to rescue you........young men and women  should be careful on the kinds of relationships they keep, as marriage is life long and  as my people will say e good make you shine your eyes well well..........

                How  do you know you are in a love trap........it happens when u get attached to someone and do all you can to please them and make them happy, and its never about what you want ,its always their needs before your  own............you open up your heart to them when frankly they don’t deserve it. They take advantage of you and frankly you are ok with it because they are in  your life and thats all you ever really wanted. and  even if they treat you badly over and over again you are still cool with it
    here is 24 year old Nneka from the university of Ibadan, hi i am a 300 level student of university of Ibadan.......hummmh  when i was in 200level i had a boyfriend wale who used to beat me up at the slightest provocation, and he would beat me so badly and i wont even be able to attend lectures for 3 good days!!!!!.......i was so in love that whenever he comes crying and begging i would always say yes and sometimes we would even have make up sex .............but the beatings still continued as

the begging till a day wale beat me up and i was in the hospital for a month!!!!!!!!!!!!......it was then i realised i was in a trap and had to get out fast before i was killed so i broke up with him and have been trying to gather the peices of my life together..........

          Now you can come out from a love trap by talking to yourself first and telling yourself the truth evaluate that relationship and check out if you are in a big love triangle!!!!!!........now after self evaluation you can see a good

counsellor around to talk to,also remember to be nice to people around you..........you never can tell when you will meet the right soul mate.
